What data we process and why

Only what you send us through the contact form (name, company, email, company size and the message), to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demo. They are not used for advertising or shared with third parties, except the provider that delivers the form email.

Legal basis and retention

Your consent when submitting the form. We keep the data as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, at most, one year after the last contact.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It only stores a session flag in your browser so the intro animation is not repeated.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing by writing to newops@newops.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
