    Drawing reading

    The DXF drawing comes in straight from CAD.

    DIMETRIK reads geometry and dimensioning straight from the file, with its layers and blocks. CAD navigation with zoom and framing, hidden layers respected, no OCR and no intermediate images.

    Dimensions and tolerances

    Every dimension is interpreted with its real tolerance.

    Symmetric, asymmetric and range tolerances; general tolerances per standard; ISO 286 fits (H7, g6…) and thread table resolved automatically. Dimensions with split tolerances are rebuilt.

    Balloons and critical

    Automatic ballooning on the drawing.

    Automatic ballooning next to each text without covering it, with customisable balloons. Dimensions drawn in red are classified as critical. Merging, renumbering and assigning the dimension type take one click.

    Workbench

    A table in sync with the drawing.

    Each row is a dimension: nominal, tolerances, calculated max and min, instrument from the metrology catalogue, frequency and criticality. Selection by criteria, group editing and remarks. Nothing is lost: deleted rows can be recovered.

    Validated plan

    The plan comes out on the company template.

    Mandatory validation before export. DIMETRIK plan in PDF and Excel, the company’s own Excel template, four factory profiles, order barcode, ballooned drawing in PDF and double-sided printing. .dmk project with revision comparison.
